Ade Olufeko

Ade Abayomi Olufeko is a pre-eminent thinker, whose fieldwork in humanities influences decision-makers in the creative-commerce economy. Ade is an award-winning American trained Technologist (IT), Business Futurist and International Curator of Ijebu descent. The intersection of his expertise in different domains led to the 2007 formation of Visual Collaborative, a 360 festivals platform for humanities and innovation. He presently serves as its Grand Digital Strategist and executive producer. He previously served as a management consultant in cognitive design for IBM’s Interactive experience and IoT practices.

Ade has lectured around the world on digital new media and the developing technology ecosystem at various institutions such as; Oxford University, Harvard Business School, Georgetown University, Carnegie Mellon and Lagos Business School, he has addressed audiences at conferences and festivals such as TEDxIkeja. In 2017, he was a keynote speaker at World Economic Forum Global Shapers community Abuja. Ade has rendered enterprise and ICT services to various Industries, working with brands such as Adobe Systems, PayPal Inc, WebMD, Bank Of America and Warner Music Group. He is a recipient of the IBM Gerstner Award for client excellence following a computer worm virus in 2003.

An earlier adopter of content management systems, he integrated the use of WordPress and Drupal tools into enterprise projects. Ade studied Computer Science concentrating on multimedia (Non-Traditional) at Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul and is an alum of the prestigious Saint Gregory’s College in Obalende Lagos.

Khadijah Abu

Khadijah Abu is the Product Partnerships Lead at Paystack Payments Limited, a startup that enables businesses across Africa accept payments from their customers
She’s a seasoned professional with >10 years’ of experience in the Nigerian Fintech and Payments space working in Operations, Business Process Re-engineering and Product Management. In that time, she has managed products processing billions of dollars annually, and has led the design and implementation of several payments automation projects.
Khadijah is passionate about community development and hopes to continue to help business grow through the efficient use of technology while participating in other ventures promoting education and career development.

Michael Simeon

Michael is cofounder and CEO of VoguePay, a multi-currency payment gateway and soon-to-be Africa’s first blockchain digital bank. He is a strategic and relentless thinker. He holds a B.A (Hon) in politics & Economics from the Northumbria University in United Kingdom and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom.

Catherine Egwali

Catherine Mayokun Egwali helps business owners establish authority and grow their businesses and income using proven technology and business strategies. As an international bestselling author, she also provides coaching services for those who desire to write, publish and market their bestsellers on Amazon. Her online business experiences include but are not limited to: hosting, WordPress website design, internet marketing, self-publishing and Amazon publishing.

Her passion for empowering people and businesses through the use of technology drives her engagement in several ICT related projects which have resulted in several awards including a state and national award. She is a co-founder and COO of Switem Technology Solutions which helps business owners grow their businesses, income, and achieve results through the use of technology.

Opeyemi Bakre

Opeyemi Bakre is a wife, mother and physiotherapist at Pro-Health Community PhysiotherapyShe is set on a mission to bring affordable world-class physiotherapy closer to individuals in a fun and interactive atmosphere.

Kabolobari Benakole

Kabolobari Benakole is the Experience Lead at Softcom Ltd, one of Africa’s fastest growing technology company connecting people and business with meaningful innovation for societal change. Michael Okpala

Michael is currently the country manager at Africa’s Talking Nigeria. Africa’s Talking is a technology company that provides developers access to telecommunication infrastructure on a unified API platform, making it the go-to platform to making ideas come to life with ease for developers in Africa. Michael is a graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos and has over 7 years experience in working with web technologies.

Truston Ailende

Truston Ailende is the Founder and CEO of Dreamquest Multimedia, an edtech company with a focus on African languages, history and culture.

He is a teacher, author, game developer and engineer with over 10 years of programming experience for a variety of platforms covering desktop, web and mobile.

Adesanya Adetayo

Adesanya Michael Adetayo is a co-founder at Green Bytes Digital Solutions and a developer at Adee Themes. His speciality lies in website design and development using WordPress. He has a wide range of skills in website design, front-end development and Photoshop. He also blogs about his work and beyond on ademike.com

Nabeel Molham

Nabeel Molham is a WordPress specialist and has 10+ years of Web Development experience. He started working with WordPress on version 2.9, this led him to be accepted on codeable where he currently works as a contractor for Skyverge. You can find his resume here and you can view his Git repo here.

Ronke Omorodion

Ronke Omorodion is an exceptional and skilful Legal Practitioner/Consultant. She strives for excellence in delivering innovative solutions to clients’ complex legal issues. Ronke is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and startups understand the legal implications of doing business in Nigeria. Her practice areas encompass the full range of corporate and commercial legal services, including, intellectual property, company secretariat services, employment matters, real property, media and technology and taxation amongst others.
Her dedication to duty, attention to details and curiosity in intellectual matters stand out as some of her laudable attributes that enhances her ability to deliver first class services to clients.

Adedayo Adeniyi

Adedayo Adeniyi has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the prestigious University of Lagos, and over ten years experience working in the Information Technology sector. She works with Content Management Systems, Web and Mobile application systems on a daily basis, and has vast experience leading teams in the Web, Mobile and the Mobile Value Added Services (VAS) industries. Her ‘blades of choice’ are PHP, MySQL, and Java. She is a CMS Evangelist, and is a frequent speaker at CMS Africa, an annual initiative that promotes Content Management System adoption and use on the African landscape.

When she is not speaking and volunteering, she can be found reading, swimming or writing short stories for Kunku, a storyteller app for kids.

Olalekan Adepoju

Lekan Adepoju is the CEO and founder of Mirror Technologies, his love for computer started at an early age of 11 and as he grew older he fell in love with web development. He started learning how to develop websites at the age of 14. He has been a web developer for about 4 years now with a number of corporate and non governmental organization websites in his portfolio.

Lekan is a social entrepreneur because he firmly believes in giving back to the society and solving societal problems. He also runs a drug and alcohol awareness campaign via social media and is privileged to be an NGO Youth Representative to the United Nations Department of Public Information, New York in 2018. The most important lesson he has learnt is to never give up and he doesn’t.

Mark Onoja

Mark is a StartUp Development Expert with 7 years’ experience in both Coaching and Incubation of small business. Added to this, he has vast experience in UX Design (trained by Google Nigeria) and Inbound Marketing (trained by Hubspot).

Luminus Alabi

Luminus is a WooCommerce Happiness Ninja at Automattic with a penchant for helping people figure out the easiest and most reliable way to achieve their objectives. Sometimes coder, abysmal designer and wannabe social butterfly with a 6th-degree black belt in hanging out.

Edidiong Uwemakpan

Lover of all things WordPress; Didi does Consumer Experience Strategy with the Dentsu Aegis Network. Find her where there’s live music, lawn tennis, a marketing/tech conference or grilled chicken.

Caroline Wabara

Caroline Wabara is a digital marketing consultant for organisations and digital agencies. Before discovering digital marketing, she started her career in traditional marketing for insurance companies and banks. She became a social media coordinator with a non-profit organisation for 2 years where she helped in raising donations for their public school and prison library projects in Nigeria. Then went on to work as a Copywriter for a digital agency before going solo. Nowadays, she does SEO, Content Marketing and Advertising for clients and enjoys teaching small businesses how to create strategies to sell anything online.

Hermann Lahami

Hermann Lahami is the CEO of Orion Origin, a company in Benin (the country, not the state) who sell WordPress and Woocommerce plugins around the world on Envato  and Codecanyon. Hermann will be sharing his experience on being a WordPress developer in a third world country, and how he was able to build a successful company that sells code around the world.

Iruka Ndubuizu

Iruka Ndubuizu is a Negotiations Expert, Speaker and Trainer whose experience spans law firms, corporations and academia. She is proficient at translating business terms into legal concept and believes in using the law proactively to achieve better business results, balance risks with reward and prevent problems. This mindset fuelled her passion for sharing her extensive knowledge via training in both traditional and non-traditional classroom settings. Her ability to engage and connect with people and excellent communication skills enables her to successfully build teams and maintain effective business relationships with a wide variety of people at all levels. She provides training both locally and internationally. Her training topics include, but are not limited to the following areas – Communication, Leadership, Trust, Networking, Customer Service Skills, Contract Drafting, Negotiations, Overcoming Challenges and Setting Goals.

Sodiq Akinjobi

Sodiq Akinjobi started working with WordPress in year 2014. After spending hours using google to sniff out errors, he now teaches and design websites using WordPress.

Sodiq is also the host of Erupt Podcast, a podcast where he interviews successful online entrepreneurs.

Labi Francis

Labi Francis is a blogger, front-end developer, SEO expert, social media strategist and tech enthusiast. Labi hails from Nigeria and blogs about technology, travel and entrepreneurship at labifrancis.com. He loves WordPress and volunteers on WordPress.com support forum. Nigerian jollof rice and juice is his favourite meal. As a social media manager for a PR agency, he manages and develops social media strategies for emerging brands in Nigeria.

Godwin Ojebiyi

Godwin Ojebiyi is a tech enthusiast and a natural problem solver, who has proven himself by successfully completing projects for IT consultancies, software houses, web design agencies, and individual clients. He is currently building business solutions based on WordPress and PHP for FTR (Canada), Industrial Matrix (Canada), and BPD Accessories (Trinidad and Tobaggo).

Dayo Samuel

Dayo Samuel is a born teacher-trainer; an Industrial Designer turned online platform authority. Fondly called ‘the grandfather of podcasting in Nigeria,’ Dayo is the award-winning host of the popular business and marketing
podcast, Audacity2Lead, and the host of the Break the Frame coaching podcast.

He has internet marketing related experiences covering lead acquisition, edu-marketing and platform building. He has a passion for knowledge sharing, with a growing interest in Neuroscience, business growth automation and personal branding.

Having become a Certified Life Coach from the American Union of NLP, and a practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming, Conversational Hypnosis, Behavioral Psychology and Family Systems Engineering, Dayo is a man of many parts.

He is the Lead Consultant at Audacity2Lead Media, and runs a personal leadership cum edu-marketing platform called Audacity2Lead.com with the goal of helping entrepreneurial leaders magnetize, mesmerize and monetize their message and audience online.

Dayo’s popular Audacity2Lead has been ranked as Top 3 on iTunes New & Noteworthy for 2 of its categories. He is a featured guest podcaster and contributor to a lot of online media, among which is HowToDream, Dreamers Podcast, Read to Lead Podcast, Fruitful Ujah, Brand You Podcast among others, and has been featured in traditional media such as CoreTV News, Radio Continental, and Vanguard Newspapers.

In his over 7 years of internet marketing, he has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, speakers, authors and small business owners to help them launch platforms and products that have sold over N5million in revenue.

In 2015, he founded the Nigeria Podcast Network to help entrepreneurs magnetize, mesmerize and monetize their message and audience through podcasts.
